It is a monthly embodied activation designed to strengthen self-leadership, nervous system capacity, and clean forward movement. This is a space for people who are ready to lead themselves clearly, steadily, and with intention as life and work accelerate. Rather than pushing, fixing, or analysing, Sunday Sanctuary focuses on coherence, capacity, and embodiment — so momentum feels grounded, sustainable, and intentional.
