Fire Horse New Year Activation Commencing Sunday, 22 February 2026 An in-person, high-integrity group experience where energy is intentionally moved through the body, restoring vitality, clarity, and forward motion. Sunday Sanctuary is not about analysing the past or emotionally unloading. It is a nervous system–led activation designed to bring your body into coherence so movement becomes inevitable. This work supports: • Mobilising energy that has been held or stalled • Bringing the nervous system into a state where action feels clean and available • Anchoring clarity, confidence, and inner authority in the body • Initiating forward momentum without force or urgency You are invited to embody your next state.
