This is not a traditional meditation. This is a full-body, nervous system reset. Quantum Release is a 90-minute immersive group energy healing experience designed to move what talking cannot reach. Using guided headset audio, you’ll be led into a deep meditative state where your body—not your mind—takes the lead. Within this space, we work at the level where emotions, trauma and tension are stored: the nervous system. Through somatic energy activation and co-regulation within the group field, your body is supported to safely release suppressed emotions, dissolve energetic blockages, and restore internal balance.
