Service Description

These private sessions are designed to help you resolve trauma-driven emotional and physical patterns at the level they live — in the body and nervous system. Through guided embodied awareness, we make sense of what your body is holding so tension can release, emotional calm returns and clarity follows. This is focused, private work for people ready for real change without years of processing. Why This Work Exists Many people have already done the talking, the insight and the self-reflection. They understand why they feel the way they do — yet their body still carries tension, anxiety, pain, or emotional reactivity. This work exists because understanding alone isn’t always enough. When the body doesn’t get the chance to integrate what happened, it stays alert, guarded, and holding. My mission is to support resolution — not by revisiting trauma — but by helping the nervous system complete what was interrupted. How I Work I work through embodied awareness, somatic focus, and energetic correction to help people make sense of what their body is holding. When meaning lands in a way the nervous system can integrate, the body releases. Emotional calm follows. Decisions become clearer. Life feels lighter and more stable. I don’t believe healing needs to be dramatic or prolonged. I believe it needs to happen at the right level.
