I Don’t Teach This Work. I Lived It.
At 21, I experienced a catastrophic spinal cord injury and near-death experience that changed the course of my life. In the space where everything familiar fell away, I was forced to rebuild myself — physically, emotionally, and energetically.
At the time, I didn’t have language for what I was accessing. I only knew I was learning how to regulate my nervous system, reconnect with my body, and trust something deeper within me.
My body responded. I healed. But what transformed most was my identity.
Today, this lived experience is the foundation of Deity Circle™ and the work I facilitate for others.

My Mission
To Restore Clarity Where it Was Lost
My mission is to help people resolve trauma-driven emotional and physical patterns at the level they actually live — in the body and nervous system — not just in the story. Clarity is not something you think your way into. It’s something the body remembers once it feels safe enough to let go.
My intention is to create spaces — one-to-one and in groups — where people can experience what it feels like to be calm, clear, and grounded again in their own body. This is where sustainable change begins. When the body is no longer holding the past, the present becomes easier to live in.
